Every platform on the shortlist, in one place
Seven tools built for the same buyer — a coach or course creator deciding where to run funnels, email, and course delivery. Every review below is sourced from each vendor's own pricing page plus independent review data, dated and verified.

The platform that popularized "funnel" as a category — largest template and consultant ecosystem in this cluster.
Marketing-automation-heavy platform with native video hosting and behavior-based email triggers.
Premium all-in-one platform with real email marketing, cohort courses, and a branded mobile app on every plan.
Course-hosting-first platform with unlimited students and courses — plus a real Trustpilot cancellation pattern worth reading first.
Built to get a first course live with minimal setup — often a new instructor's first stop.
The highest-rated platform in this cluster on review sites — interactive video and full SCORM/xAPI compliance, if you pay for Pro Trainer.

Before you buy: what actually matters
Every platform above markets itself as the easy choice. Here's what to actually check before you hand over a card number, regardless of which one you're leaning toward.
The real entry price, not the advertised one
Headline prices are almost always the annual rate, and several platforms in this category gate genuinely essential features — quizzes, certificates, removing transaction fees — behind a tier above the one they lead with. Price out the plan that includes what you'll actually need, not the cheapest one listed.
Transaction fees, stacked on payment processing fees
A platform charging "0% fees" usually still means Stripe or PayPal's standard 2.9%+ cut applies. Several platforms also add their own fee on lower tiers, sometimes per sale, sometimes per enrollment. Read the fee structure at the specific plan you'd actually buy, not the top tier used in marketing.
What happens to your data if you cancel
Access ending and data disappearing are two different things, and platforms handle the gap between them very differently — some archive your account, some delete on a timeline, none guarantee recovery indefinitely. Know this before you build a business on top of it, not after you try to leave.
Whether you can actually export your work
Course content, student lists, and payment history don't always leave a platform in a usable format, and some don't support bulk export at all. If switching platforms later is even a possibility, check this before you invest hundreds of hours building on one.
Review-site ratings vs. Trustpilot specifically
It's common for a platform to score well on G2 or Capterra — sites weighted toward feature satisfaction — while scoring noticeably worse on Trustpilot, which skews toward billing, cancellation, and support disputes. A wide gap between the two is a real signal, not noise.
What the free trial actually requires
Some trials need a credit card upfront and auto-convert to a paid plan if you forget to cancel; others don't ask for one at all. This affects both your risk and how honestly you can evaluate the product without a countdown pressuring the decision.
